How much is shipping?

Free shipping worldwide!

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for unworn, non-bespoke items in their original condition and packaging.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable, however we’re always happy to review each situation individually and will do our best to assist where possible.

General Questions
Do you buy diamond rings or other jewellery?

Yes we do! Reach out to us and we'll take it from there.

If possible, please send us some images of the items along with the relevant documents.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes we offer resizing on all our rings, provided the design allows for it.

If the ring was not made by us, we can still resize it; however, we we will always examine the ring first and advise you on the best and safest option.





Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, we have an office in the famous diamond district in Hatton Garden, London. Get in touch to book an appointment and we will get back to you with the next steps!

I have a stone already. Can you make a ring using it?

Yes — we’d be happy to create a bespoke piece using it. Just bring it in for a quick inspection and to discuss your designs.

How long does it take to create a bespoke ring?

The average timeframe is 2-3 weeks, but it really depends on the diamond.

We once managed to turn a ring around in 2 days because we had the relevant parts already.

Can I start the process remotely?

Absolutely, send us a message or an email and we will get back to you to book a time when you are free for a chat.

Ideally it is always best to see diamonds with your own eyes, but if you cannot, we will do our best to help you regardless.
