Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
Free shipping worldwide!
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All our orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging to ensure your surprise remains a secret until the very last moment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for unworn, non-bespoke items in their original condition and packaging.
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are generally non-returnable, however we’re always happy to review each situation individually and will do our best to assist where possible.
Engagement & Bespoke Design
Can I start the process remotely?
Absolutely, send us a message or an email and we will get back to you to book a time when you are free for a chat.
Ideally it is always best to see diamonds with your own eyes, but if you cannot, we will do our best to help you regardless.
How long does it take to create a bespoke ring?
The average timeframe is 2-3 weeks, but it really depends on the diamond.
We once managed to turn a ring around in 2 days because we had the relevant parts already.
I have a stone already. Can you make a ring using it?
Yes — we’d be happy to create a bespoke piece using it. Just bring it in for a quick inspection and to discuss your designs.
Which metals do you work with?
We offer our designs in 18ct Yellow Gold, White Gold, Rose Gold, and Platinum. Platinum is our most recommended choice for engagement rings due to its strength and natural white hue.
Diamond Education
What are the 4Cs?
The 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat) determine a diamond's value. We always advise focusing on the 'Cut' quality first, as this is what gives a diamond its sparkle and life.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
Yes, we provide both natural and lab-grown options. Lab diamonds are chemically identical to natural ones but are more budget-friendly, allowing for a larger or higher-quality stone.
Care & Maintenance
Do you offer resizing?
Yes we offer resizing on all our rings, provided the design allows for it.
If the ring was not made by us, we can still resize it; however, we we will always examine the ring first and advise you on the best and safest option.
How do I clean my jewelry at home?
We recommend using warm water, mild dish soap, and a very soft toothbrush. For a professional finish, you can bring your piece into our office for a complimentary steam clean.

Do you buy diamond rings or other jewellery?
Yes we do! Reach out to us and we'll take it from there.
